In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your print please email the artist at bybeccaperry@gmail.com within five days of receiving the print. A refund is available provided the print is returned in original condition and packaging. If a print arrives damaged or defective a replacement will be provided after the defective item is returned. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding returns and refunds. 

Free ground shipping within Canada. A flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 CAD will be applied to print orders to the USA. A flat rate shipping fee of $19.99 CAD will be applied to print orders to all other locations.

Physical addresses are preferred over PO boxes. If you have a PO box address please consider shipping to a physical address of a friend or family member. If a PO box is the only address available, please contact the artist at bybeccaperry@gmail.com to arrange a custom shipping alternative (additional fees may apply).  

In general, orders cannot be altered after they have been placed. However, in the event you make a mistake with your order or need to change the shipping address please contact the artist immediately at bybeccaperry@gmail.com or through the contact page.
