Spring Rainbow was inspired by the Rainbow Trout of Battle Creek. Battle Creek is found in the Cypress Hills region of Saskatchewan, Canada. The Rainbows from this creek are well known for jumping when caught, creating spectacular fly fishing experiences. The colours of this piece are inspired by pastel morning skies and sage brush. Original digitally painted at 18" x 24".
